The Daxer Carbide HTAS series is purpose-built for titanium, Inconel, nickel-based superalloys, stainless steel, and other high-temperature aerospace materials. These are the most demanding cutting applications in CNC machining, and the HTAS series is engineered to handle them. Submicron grain carbide substrate with AlTiN coating, available in multiple corner radius options and chipbreaker configurations for deep-pocket and long-chipping applications.
